The match-up between RPI and Maine will be the third time the teams have faced
off against each other this season.  In the first game in Orono, RPI overcame an
early 2-0 deficit to beat Maine 5-3.  In the second game in late January, RPI
again defeated Maine in OVERTIME 5-4.  In the history between Maine and RPI the
teams are dead even at 2-2-1.  The last time the two teams played in the
Championships was 2 years ago in the semi-finals at Northeastern where Maine won
5-3.
