We have received reports this morning of slowness and connectivity issues
reaching various web sites, including Amazon, maine.gov, and various
others.  We were able to verify this issue at the time we received the
reports, however shortly afterward and at this time the issue appears to
have passed.  We are still investigating the cause of this problem and
therefore we are unsure if it will return.  Further updates will be
provided as available.
