As one of the former webmasters for the original WCHA web page, I will be as
diplomatic as possible in my response.  Lets just say that they WCHA decided
that they didn't want to pay a fair price for a quality Web page.  It's really
too bad, as we enjoyed working on the pages and had a number of new
technologies in the works for this season.  However, they decided to end the
working relationship, so for now they do not have a presence on the WEB.
