From the Minneapolis Star & Tribune last week:
 
A recent survey of 1,156 U.S. players showed that only the ECAC has more
Canadians than U.S. players.  Hockey East has 77 percent U.S. players, the
WCHA 67 percent, and the CCHA 55 percent.  The survey, published in the New
York Times, shows that of all Division I players, 158 are from Minnesota and
153 from Massachusetts.
