The problem is that many people *do* realize it, and the NC$$ gets
lambasted in the press all the time - and it doesn't matter. Same
thing keeps happening. I think letters, no matter where they were
from, would just get tossed in the circular file. The NC$$'s attitude
seems to be that what they do is right, and if you don't agree, you aren't
worth listening to.

Probably everyone will forget by the time St Paul rolls around, but
I'd sure love to see tons of t-shirts with something related to this
on them. I also figure the best way to make your voice known is to
hit them where it hurts them - in the wallet - but other than refusing
to buy tickets to the NC$$ tourney games, I don't know what you can
do. And that's not going to hurt them very much unless it's
widespread. I have been holding my own silent protest the last few
years. Other than buying the game tickets (and rule books for $3 a
year) when I have to, I won't buy any officially licensed NC$$
products, not even programs (which are worthless anyway). I know it
doesn't do anything, but hey, it makes me feel better.

As well, I plan on voicing my opinion on the air Sat night...but I
don't even know if that will happen. The Merrimack radio contract is
up in the air and there's a reasonably good chance that Merrimack
won't be on radio this season. But if we are on (WCCM 800 AM), I also
hope to get acting HE commissioner Bob DeGregorio on the air to speak
about this. From what I know of him, I have to think his views on
this are pretty close to mine.
