In defense of Chelmsford, they do play a tough H.S. hockey schedule. Eastern
Mass High School Hockey has produced many fine players in the recent years.
Some to the privates, some Catholics and some(like my H.S.) publics. My
High school (so you know where i'm coming from) was Reading, traditionally
one of the strongest publics in the states (Super-8 tourney last two years).
We've produced most recently UNH's Kevin Thompson, UNH's Mike Sullivan and
recent U-Maine transfer (though he probably won't play this season) Dan
Carrigan. There was a good class of now freshman hockey players coming
from the Boston area including Reagan, Kiley, Wood, Perry, Pandolfo, Reily(sp)
and scores of D-2 and D-3 players. Reagan and Kiley are at RPI, Pandolfo at
BU, and the others I'm not sure, but watch out for them in Hockey East/ECAC
action.

P.S. Reading also produced UVM's Tom Quinn <-----though he doesn't get much
                                                 playing time
