Above are all HE results since the last HE report was mailed out.
Hockey East league action starts up again on Tuesday 1/5 with BU at
UMass-Lowell. Next week, six of the eight teams are in league action
with home-and-homes between Merrimack & UNH, BC & Northeastern, and
BU and Providence. UMass-Lowell plays a nonconference pair at Alaska-
Anchorage, and Maine is off until 1/15-16 when they host Clarkson.
Maine was the big winner over the break, winning six games and three
tourneys: the Great Western Freeze Out, the Cleveland Classic, and
the Dexter Classic. BU posted three wins and won the Badger Showdown.
Providence won four games and took first in the RPI Invitational.
Northeastern placed second in the UNH Holiday Tourney while UNH placed
third in that tournament. UMass-Lowell and BC placed fourth in the
RPI Invitational and Badger Showdown respectively. Merrimack saw no
tourney action this year but defeated Union and tied Vermont in
nonconference play.
