Since my invoice or the computer screen said nothing about priority number I decided to talk with the NCAA.  I called the phone number listed on the email receipt.  He says the priority is linked to your email 
address so by using that you are getting your priority ranking.   So, if
 you change your email you need to contact the NCAA.
