Culled from one of today's Boston Globe legal ads:
Boston U "The Borrower" is applying to a Massachusetts state financing
agency for a $ 100 million funding line for a new dorm, a research campus
in suburban Tyngsboro, and:
"financing of other capital expenditures at the Borrower's campus located
within the boundaries of the Charles River (north), Beacon Street (south),
Kenmore Square (east) and Babcock Street (west)...All of the facilities
will be owned and used by the Borrower in connection with its provision of
educational services."
I suspect the information alluded to in the cryptic passage above might
mean a replacement for the Walter Brown may actually be inching further
along. But why not put a concept on the table ?
I can see the picture caption now:
Coach Jack Parker offers this year's recruits their first visit to the new
"Other Capital Expenditures" Arena at Boston University.
