My daughter Clarice has been chosen as a Michigan hockey "Rink Rat" for this
Saturday's game vs. Bowling Green at the Yost Ice Arena.  Besides winning 4
tickets, and a "goody" bag filled with a t-shirt, puck, etc., she gets to
participate in Score-O.
 
For any of you Hockey-L'ers out there going to the game, make sure to yell at
the guy that runs Score-O to move her closer up to the net than the usual
center ice starting point.  Usually, the guy sets the kids up at center ice,
until the fans starting howling in mock digust.  Bowing to crowd pressure, the
kids will move closer for their attempt.
 
I'm bringing her own stick to the game, so she doesn't have to use those long
adult length sticks.
 
Has anyone out there participated in Score-O?  And won?
