After the first tie-breaker (head-to-head (in all conferences)), the second
WCHA tie-breaker is "Wins in the league", so St. Cloud wins the tie-breaker
over North Dakota.
  The 3rd WCHA tie-breaker is "Total goals differential" but I have never
been able to find out "total goals WHAT?" - head-to-head; in the
conference; . . .  If you can get a better definitiion of this I would
sure like to know!
