What exactly is the NC$$ definition of a booster? Does one have to be a
member of certain organizations (booster clubs) or does it include anyone who
has given financial support to a team? Would the latter definition include
season ticket holders? Does the NC$$ have a "once a booster, always a
booster" philosophy as they do for student-athletes? Does this mean that
because I once bought a ticket to a Cornell game, if I'm vacationing in
Germany and I pass Doug Derraugh stranded on the side of the road next to
his broken down car, I can't give him a ride to the nearest phone?

I say we report all such incidents to the NC$$. Within a 24 hour period they
would be so overwhelmed by the volume of infractions that it would completely
incapacitate them. Maybe, just maybe, that would get a message through.
