from my rand mc-nally atlas's maps of milwaukee
 
north on I-94,
North on I-94 and I-43 (looks like a right turn, east for
                about a mile and then north again on the map)
Continue north on I-94 and I-43 to where they split
        Bradley center seems to be 6 blocks north and 5 blocks
        east of this intersection.
 
it appears from my map that one wants to continue north one or
possibly 2 exits from here and then head east.  Good luck, and we'll
see you there.
