Beer is served at games at BU.
I don't know the official rules,
but Boston University is the only
Hockey East school that does this.
 
The arena is on campus, if that
makes a difference.
 
 
OFFICIATING:
   I don't know about anyone else,
but I think this is the best job
I've ever seen HE officials do.
This year, it seems that they are
not only consistent during each game,
but between officials in games
involving different teams.  I am a
BU fan who also attends other Div I
College Hockey games (BC-NU most
recently) and the big key is that
most fans know which calls are going
to be made and which let go before
the ref makes the call.  I'm talking
about visiting fans included.
That's consistency!
