It will be interesting to see how the various players returning to
their college teams will play.
 
   Gionta leads tournament with 11 points -- six goals, five assists.
   He tallied two goals and one assist in a win over
   eventual silver-medal winner, Canada, on New Years Eve.
 
   Gionta made his mark from the beginning. He netted two goals in the
   United States first game, a 6-3 loss to Finland. Gionta added two
   assists in the teams next game, a 6-3 defeat to the Czech Republic.
