One quick note...

I know there are coaches who make it a policy to bench a player for the next
game if that player picks up a misconduct penalty -- and perhaps Cahoon is one
of them -- but if Halpern got a game misconduct, he is not *required* by the
rules to sit out the next game. If he got a disqualification (and for intent
to injure, I believe that is the penalty), then he would have to sit out.
