No clue on Niagara
UNO was an up and coming D1 program, considered Division 1 for all purposes
but not eligible for the tourney and its games didn't count toward the rpi
or pwr. I believe they got a waiver making them eligible for the tourny this
year, but I am not sure on that.
Mankato St. was a full-fledged Div I team last year because it got the
waiver like the one UNO got (is trying to get?) for this season and was
eligible for the tourney last year and its games did count in the pwr and rpi.
