Perrin and St. Louis were not drafted by NHL clubs. Both will attend
(seperately) nhl training camps, supposedly Ottawa and Anaheim/Tampa Bay
respectively. Their IHL contracts will allow them to opt out of the "I" if
they make the NHL team (or AHL affiliate). They cannot play for any other IHL
team.
