Another question that needs to be asked is how will the new
arena in Grand Forks figure into the Final Five rotation.  It is
supposed to seat around 16,000 people when completed.

Isn't 16K overkill for that area???  Wouldn't 8,000 seats make
more sense?
 
Besides the Sioux, what else could draw in the arena?
