The nice thing about the PWR is that biases do not matter any more: the
hard numbers determine who goes to the Big Show.
 
I assume that the talk about tourny expansion to 16 is nonsense, but...
 
Teams that would have gone to the mythical 16 team  '97 NCAA field, by
conference.  Six outa sixteen suggests to me that the ECAC doesn't need
anybody's respect.  Res ipsa loquitor.
