For those of you bemoaning the lack of national coverage of college
hockey, consider the following giant leap forward.  Scratch that, this is
a warp leap :-)
 
The local rag, the San Luis Obispo Telegram-Tribune, has never in my 27
yrs here, published any college hockey score, let alone article. In fact,
they basically ignore NHL scores unless some filler is needed.
 
Much to my surprise, this morning's paper (they don't publish on Sundays!)
had a 12" long column on the third page of the sports section on the NDak
win! I had to look three times to believe it.  Thought I was still sleeping.
 
Now if we could just get ESPN to make a leap of a similar magnitude :-)
 
Yeah, right.
