So did Maine ... eventually.

Maine did similar things.
 
This is not an argument one way or another --- I'll just point out that the
NCAA says the Maine violations occured over one of the longest periods of time
ever investigated.  Also, the coaches that were there at the time are still
there.
 
These are the only big differences I can find.
 
Of course, all of this is chronicled on the first Around the Rinks <G>.
