O.K.  Here is the question that has been buggin me for weeks.  What exactly
was (assuming it's now over) the G's pwer play "problem".  I saw most of
the 40-some power plays in the dismal streak (with a happy ending) and
really didn't see much of a difference besides the puck ending up in the
net.  They didn't really seem to control better, or make better shots, on
Saturday than they had against NMU or CC on Friday.  Any ideas?  It just
made no sense for the Gopher's, which most people would agree is one of the
most "skilled" teams in college hockey, to have power play problems.
 
 
Thought I'd throw it out, now that we can compare failure and success.
