SWEEP!!  The University of Alaska Anchorage Seawolves have scored their first
sweep of the season by defeating University of North Dakota in a high-intensity
rematch this evening here in Anchorage.  Both teams came to play and it
provided for a very exciting game.
 
After a lot of end to end hockey with the Seawolves being able to skate freely
on their larger ice last night, UND cracked down and increased their checking
to a noticeable degree this evening.  In addition, they play was generally
cleaner and less penalties were given out..  Both teams played with intensity
and all in all, it was really great hockey!
 
Hopefully this will be a sign of things to come as UAA entertains the Michigan
Tech Huskies next weekend and then Wisconsin and Minnesota in early January.
