I don't think so.  It is my understanding that graduate students were
advised to take nine credit hours per semester prior to this past fall.
 
Woody Carvile aledgedly learned that six credits is the full time req.
at UMaine (as is the case), and was under the impression that the
NCAA req. was only that the student be recognized by his/her institution
as a full time student.
 
For this reason, I would assume that Garth took 9 credits/semester
and Maine's NCAA Div I Champ. is safe.  Although, we all know the
origin of the word assume. :-)
