This maintenance is complete.

Disruption to core voice services and UMPD dispatch was limited to < 30
seconds throughout all upgrades:
05:20:58 to 05:21:07 service failure (reboot of active)
05:29:12 to 05:29:29 service restoration

Individual buildings (not dual-homed) experienced ~ 10 min. of downtime as
their corresponding distribution switches were reloaded.
