My three favorite stupid hockey quotes come from Bob Bruce, who was
a sports weany for KSTP TV.
 
1) "He scored an unassisted goal, all alone."
   Bobby used this several times so I assume he thought there was another
   way to score unassisted.
 
2) "The next goal is going to be critical to the outcome of this game."
    This was about 30 seconds into an overtime period.
 
3) "He would have had a shot at an empty net except for ...(the goalie)"
    I have forgotten the goalies name, but you get the idea.  To which
    I would reply: its sad how often that is the case Bobby.
 
 
My guess is Mr. B is giving hog prices on a 500 watt day-timer near
Crawfordsville, Ia. these days. (no offense to any Iweigans)
