Subject: Frozen Four Satruday Dinner

Hi Everyone!

We are in the process of securing our location for the dinner before the
came on Saturday at 4 pm.  We have a couple of options and the final
decision will come down to the numbers of folks we'll have attending.  Could
you please let us know if you are planning to attend the dinner?  I know
traditionally the numbers are around 40ish and the room for our #1 choice
only holds 50.  This won't be a definitely commitment, just so we can have
an idea.
