Notes on the Elmira game:

Elmira 8, RIT 6
As often happens when these two teams get together, the referee's
whistle got a good workout -- 27 penalties were called, including a
major for hitting from behind on RIT's Mike Smith for knocking Pete
Feola over the boards and into the penalty box. While Smith was
serving his major, the Soaring Eagles seemingly took control of the
game with three goals in a 52-second span. However, RIT's Scott Mac-
Nair responded with a natural hat trick and the teams were tied at 6-6
late in the third. Matt Weir scored the game-winner with 5:59 left,
and Tom Moses added an empty-netter at 19:43. This was RIT's fifth
straight game without a win. Elmira hosts #1-ranked Plattsburgh State
     this Saturday.

LET'S GO RED!!
"But I'm glad I'm married now, because dating has gotten really expensive.
Like I finally had to ask this girl, 'Listen, how come every time we go out, I
end up spending hundreds of dollars?' She said, 'Because I'm a prostitute.'"
