             tech's final goal scored at 19:59 of 3rd period
               was heavily disputed by woog and stolp.
 
     Sat     Minn 6  MTU 1
             Believe it or not Seargent "kept tech in this one"
             making 37 saves (some in the spectacular range,
             and many from point blank range)
 
       Tech didnt look like a contender this weekend.  Minn beat them to the
         puck all over the ice. Minn has a good team but we didnt play well
          making them look better.  we had a 5-3 for 1:41 seconds and never
           got off a shot on goal at one point sat.
 
       Tech plays Laurention (sp?) Univ from sudbury Canada tuesday then St
         Cloud friday and Sat
 
 
      I found the TCHCR very interesting this week.  Tech played against
         MINN, MICH and MICH STATE the last 4 games.  They won 1 of 4
          (6-5 against state in GLI), but moved up 3 places in the TCHCR
           due to the schedule strength, Tech now has the number 2 ranking
            in schedule strength.
