Not that it makes a big difference, but these numbers are wrong. St
Cloud lost two games in Canton to SLU, so the ECAC was 2-9 vs the WCHA,
not 0-9. Also of note, of the 11 games, 6 games were played in the west,
2 were on neutral ice, and 3 were played at the ECAC rink. (UMD beat UVM
5-2 in December).

Using the arcives, I find that the WCHA was 22-12 overall in NC games.
Most importantly, they were 16-7 at home, 3-5 on the road, and 5-2 on
neutral ice. (and that includes calling the CC-USAF an away game for the
Tigers). Making that a home game, plus a couple NC games with
other WCHA teams, the true NC records are 16-7 at home, 2-4 away, 4-1
neutral. Therefore it is not surprising that the WCHA has such a good NC
record, most conferences would if they played 2/3 of there games at home.
Moral as always, beware of statistics, they lie.
