Most of the times a fee is collected by the players or the ice is
offered to them by the school when it is not in use.  I know here
as student if we wish to rent the Ice out for any amount of time it
is either 1. given to us or 2. given to us and a very small fee
 
but other then that we have full access to the ice facility
