Clarkson reverted back to their 1991-92 clutch play by blowing a 3-0
lead going into the 3rd period and losing to UMass-Lowell, 4-3 in
regulation. Clarkson flew out to a 3-0 lead with a pair of tallies
by Hugo Belanger and another by Todd Marchant. But, as usual, Clarkson
went to sleep in the third period and allowed Lowell to score 4 goals,
2 on the power play.
