at denver, we had 3 eastern crews, the hansens and benedetto
at rochester, we had 2 ccha crews (piotrowski and shegos) and
		mcinchuck (is he ccha?)
at manchester, we had 2 wcha crews, derek shepherd and todd anderson
		with derek getting 2 games
at grand rapids, we had two eastern crews (feola and bunyon) and
		jon campion from the wcha

who will we see in st. louis?
	i expect we'll see a wcha crew do the michigan state game
	and a ccha crew do the north dakota game. If it is not a MSU v
	Nodak championship, we should see one of those crews a second
	time, otherwise, we should see a HE official doing the
	championship.  I have my thoughts on which specific crews
	will be there, but don't want to share that publicly.
