Actually, Empire Sports Network out of Buffalo (I don't know the
DirectTV or PrimeStar channels) is a Prime affiliate. I already
saw a post from the midwest that said the final is on Prime nationwide.

As for the Semis, I pulled this off Rick O'Donnell's Clarkson Hockey site:

List of Empire Sports Network ECAC Broadcasts
Empire Sports Network of Buffalo, NY (716) 827-4289 will be
broadcasting the following ECAC games in the
       Winter and Spring of 1996:

Empire Sports 1996 ECAC Hockey Schedule
(all games live on Empire, all times Eastern)

Friday March 15 ECAC Tournament Semifinal #1 4:00pm
                                    ECAC Tournament Semifinal #2 7:00pm
Saturday March 16 ECAC Tournament Championship 4:00pm

I guess the consolation game is not covered (big surprise).
