In my seven years of going to hockey games at the University of Maine, I
cannot remember of any incidents like this (large amounts of junk thrown on
the ice). The only times I remember of anything ending up on the ice from
the crowd, the person(s) involved were promptly removed from Alfond Arena.
So in short, no (not even against H.E. rivals Boston University)
