What is the big deal with having a junior college player practicing
with the team?  Does this rule keep college teams from practicing
with better (read "NHL") players and thereby get an advantage over
other teams (the real intent of the rule)?  Could teams get by this
rule by naming affiliate coaches (who get no pay - we have one here
(I think))?  Someone suggested that if Buetow was not gone already,
there would be stiffer penalties.  Wow.  For this?  Whenever I feel
this way, however, I am usually missing the obvious.
