Colgate is indeed the "host" team for the SIT, and I believe they have been
for several years.
 
About those overtimes -- it looks like somebody got confused over the rules
regarding tournament play.  As Mike mentioned, the overtimes for tournaments
should be ten minutes long, rather than five.  In addition, the ice is
supposed to be resurfaced after regulation, and it never was.
