I responded on April 2.  The lottery is still in force as far as I can
tell, because they did ask for the ID number.  After providing it, they
let me know what my priority status is.  Here's hoping they don't spend
my money all in one place.

I'm curious about this years lottery as well!  Last year we received a
notice with a number to apply to our lottery application that identified
us and our priority level.  Is that not the case this year?????  Could
someone shed some light on this for me?
