Just as a follow-up to my last note, the six non-Ivy ECAC teams (Clarkson,
Colgate, Rensselaer, St. Lawrence, Union, and Vermont) have made the playoffs
in the same year three times since the expansion to ten teams: 1993-94,
1994-95, and 1996-97.
