    The Spartans came out of last week's action basically unscathed and
everyone will be available to play against UAF.
    Head coach Ron Mason however, had rotater cuff surgery Monday to help
relieve a sore left shoulder.
    The injury was not sustained from patting himself on the back as men's
basketball head coach Jud Heathcote joked at the weekly press conference
Monday.
    It was an re-aggravation of a separated shoulder from Mason's hockey
playing days, (his doctor said.)
    Mason is expected back at practic today.
