Greetings, I have just returned from 5 days of vacation across the UP
(whitefish point, shipwreck meuseum, several water falls, sitting
in DeTour Mi watching ore boats move up and down the st maries river
etc).  This was a vacation much needed, after an week of working
long hours lighting up the last fiber run  on campus, up the hill
to the SDC and hooking up the network to the top of the hill.
 
What the hell has this got to do with College Hockey you say?
Well for those of you who have been to Houghton, you know that the top of the
hill contains the Student Deveploment Complex and The John MacInnes Student
Ice Arena.  The network went live last week before I left.
 
I'd like to introduce Our Sports Information Director, Dave Fischer.
He is now online and has sent you a couple notes already.  Coming soon
will be head coach Bob Mancini.  It was kinda nice to be invloved with
getting the network up to them so they could contribute and gain form
(make that from) your hockey input on the net.
