There has been some extensive discussion regarding
expanding the tournament field to 16.  Jack Parker was
on Sports Final this past Sunday night with WBZ's Scott
Wahle, and said that the NCAA would not allow that, but
didn't give a reason.  Is there some by-law problem that
we don't know about?
