I've had some experience with shooting hockey games and the best that I can
suggest is to definitely use at least 400 speed film but, if you're are
using a long zoom or telephoto lens (ie 70-210mm or 75-300mm) and you
should, you might not have enough light. If you can push the film one-stop
I would suggest that or just buy Fuji's 800 speed film. It's not that hard
to find and is a great film (the color and grain are wonderful).
