The article mentioned that Coach Fridgen had discussions with BC and
Notre Dame, but both schools try to schedule non-conference games to
correspond with football games against the same schools. Has anyone
noticed this in the past (that schools try to schedule hockey games
to correspond with football games)?

(The thought of an RPI-Notre Dame football game is mindboggling,
especially back when I was at RPI :-) )
