Somebody please help me out here.
 
(1) this particular referee is quoted in a national publication as saying he
hates a particular team (doesn't that violate rule 1 of reffing?)
 
(2) this referee is despised by lots of people
 
(3) at least one school has taken it upon themselves to bar him from the rink
 
(4) he gets dozens of wool sweaters every christmas
 
Question: why doesn't someone, coach or players or otherwise, take some action
to have him removed from his position?  Is there a process to "impeach" a
referee?  What is the referee selection policy?
 
If you can't answer this, is this why one always censors the name NC$$?
