Although tangentially related to HOCKEY-L, someone asked for info on
the New England Prep School Hockey Playoffs. Here's what I HEARD (not READ)
on the Division 1 picture:
 
EAST
        #4 Nobles               at      #1 Cushing***
        #3 St. Sebastian's      at      #2 Lawrence
 
        ***Not sure if this will be at Cushing Academy or at the state rink
in nearby Gardner, MA.  Cushing just built a new rink on campus.
 
WEST
        #4 Taft                 vs      #1 Deerfield   at Avon Old Farms
        #3 Canterbury           at      #2 Hotchkiss
 
All of these games will be played Wednesday afternoon, March 1, 1995. E-mail
me privately if you would like directions to any of these host schools. Some
are really hard to find if you don't know where you're going!
 
Semi-finals and finals will be at Lowell's Tully Forum on Saturday & Sunday.
 
Sorry, but I don't have the details on the Division 2 Tournament. Check
Monday and/or Tuesday's Boston Globe or Hartford Courant.
