For the playoffs within each conference, how is seating determined from
one round to the next? For example, if in preliminary round, 10 beats 7
and 8 beats nine, who plays 1 and who plays 2. Same thing into the
final four. Is it a rigid predetermined ladder or does it vary from
round to round based on who beat whom, or what?
