A quick call to the Clarkson University Financial Aid Office yielded the
following answer:
 
Clarkson has only one Division 1 team which offers athletic scholarships:
 (surprise!) men's ice hockey.  They offer the national (NCAA) maximum of
18, as does Vermont.
 
FYI:  The NCAA limit was changed to 18 effective in 1993.
