Facts:
        The proceeds of an annual tournament (that has been held for
        approximately 15 years) sponsored by the university's booster
        club were distributed to the participants' high-school
        athletics programs.  The institution is not recruiting any of
        the prospects.
Institutional Action:
        Reviewed legislation with the club president and board of
        directors, and the club has withdrawn sponsorship of the
        tournament and any future tournaments involving prospective
        student athletes.
NCAA Action:
        Required institution to review other booster-club-sponsored
        tournaments in other sports to ensure compliance.  No
        eligibility consequences.
